There is something special about our non-alcoholic wheat beer. Unlike other breweries, which halt the fermentation process prematurely – our beer is given the time it needs to allow its refreshing flavor to unfold. Subsequently, the alcohol is removed from the beer using falling film evaporation, a technique developed together with the Technical University of Munich-Weihenstephan. The result: fewer calories and carbohydrates and yet a truly enjoyable beer...

Bottle shared on the train during the Bamberg Jolly - January 2014. Pours cloudy gold with a big, fluffy white head. Holds light wheaty character, mellow sweetness, some dough. Light bodied with lively carbonation and airy texture. Lightly sweet finish, dry wimpy dough, wheat. Meh, a bit boring even for NA.

@home poured into a weizenglass. Hazy medium golden colour, orange hue, tall frothy white head, dissipating slowly, good lacing. Aroma wheat, yeast, light banana, cloves. Taste medium sweet and light sourish, wheat, light banana, light citrus, cloves notes, thin mouthfeel, metallic touch. Light body, watery texture, average carbonation, sweet and sourish aftertaste, mineral notes, lacks a certain zest but overall quite nice for a non-alcoholic weizen.

Bottle. Cloudy orange with a decent head. Aroma and taste of yeast, wheat, lemons and that artificial non-alcoholic flavor. Strong carbonation. Ok.
