Draft - Light funk and tartness with some toasted grains. Hazy copper with a rich white head. Tart, estery fruit and spice. Like a tart hef.

On tap at Four Winds, pours a fairly hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of rye upfront and moderate tartness. Flavour is really well-balanced, incorporating the rye and tartness wonderfully. Not too much tartness and not too much rye. Great stuff.
