While mirroring the flavour of a Scottish heavy weight ale, WHITE x BLUE traditionalists may profess its’ strength appears a wee bit sheepish. Though the liquor is lower, it drinks a little less slower, magically incensed by ripe apple n’ caramel then encircled with a unique peat smokiness.

33 Acres of Copar is our copper-red daring sweetheart awash with astute hops, scotch and an affluent finish. For those not-so-smooth finishes when this modern Gaelic elixir is overflowing, we say, “A clean 33A shirt’ll do ye!”

Draught at the brewery
Mahogany color, hazy. Mild caramel aroma, with very light smoke. The mouthfeel is dry but not weak; good caramel flavor with nice smoke presence; dry final, a bit nutty.
Clean. Very pleasant.

Draft - Caramel and some light grains. Deep brown with a rich beige head. Toasted malts, toffee and malty sweet finish. Decent, a little darker and richer malts than expected.

On tap at 33 Acres, pours a dark amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out peat, light caramel and bready malt. Flavour brings out the peat upfront, with a dry bready malt backbone and light caramel. Pretty restrained, but balanced and pleasant. Decent.
