[3/1/15] Draught at Populuxe Brewing in Seattle. Slightly hazy amber. Aroma of butter, malt, and piney and citric hops. Sweet flavor, malty, with caramel, butter, piney and fruity hops and some bitterness. Medium-bodied.

Draft - Tons of fruity tropical fruits. Cleanish gold with a rich white head. Sweet tropical fruits and not much else. Too sweet.

Draught at the brewery, as Double IPA. 7.8% ABV
Hazy amber color. Nice aroma, mild, both fruity and animal. The mouthfeel is quite lean; caramel flavor, the hop has a moderate animal character, and fairly resiny/piney character too.
Good.

On tap at Brouwer's, pours a clear amber orange with a small beige head. Aroma brings perfumey floral hops, pine and some residual candied sugar. Flavour is bold, with loads of piney and floral hops, some slight perfumey notes, and just enough malt backing. This one sure packs a big punch. Delicious stuff.
