Bottle shared. Clear deep amber to mahogany. Lots of overripe red fruits, balsamico, sweet malts, massive blackberries. Medium sweet and sour. Full bodied. Nice.

Dark reddish brown, creamy head. Smells sour, some vinegar, bit of oak, light caramel. Fairly high carbonation, pretty thin body but not watery. Quite sharp acidity at first. Taste is sour, vineous, dried fruits, dates particularly. Bit too sharp for me.

Dark brown, some fine light brown head. Nose is red wine and caramel. Sour, sharply tart, funky. Red wine, tannins, caramel, some raisins. Interesting, complex. Very nice.

Yesterday. Uncertain about the batch. Bottled 2020. Easter 3x3, day 2 dish 3. Pannacotta, dumle and blackberry powder. Delicious pairing where the beer and dessert very much improve each other and they’re already amazing to begin with.

Fles 33cl thuis. Vintage 2017. Hout, zuren, caramel, chocolade, fruitig, kers, bes, pruim, vineus, redelijk koolzuur, licht droog. Goede balans. (12-3-2021).

Duzo ciemnych owocow z przewaga wisni, troche suszonych klimatow ze wskazaniem na rodzynki, dosc mila kwasnosc (dosc wysoka w sumie w tym roczniku) ale i wcale nie malo spodyczy, hincik balsamico... i sporo innych rzeczy ;)
