Draft - Lots of pine and caramel. Clear copper with a rich beige head. Balanced hoppy and very nice. I don’t get any of the chocolate or spice though.

On tap at Seattle Winter Beer Festival 2014, pours a clear amber with a small beige head. Aroma is pretty hoppy, with notes of Christmas spices, piney hops, and some bready notes. Flavour brings out lots of piney hops, along with bready, biscuity malt. Nicely balanced, with everything in good proportion. Good beer.

Draft at Bobs in Yakima. From notes 11-14-14. Pours a reddish copper color. Sweet caramel malt aroma. Really smooth flavor entirely throughout. Nice bitter hop presence in the finish. Long lasting, lingering flavor. Love the balance between hops and malt. Definitely stays true to the name, as it was about 20 degrees out when I was enjoying this, and I was doing just fine. Good stuff here.
