Bottle thanks to Chow. Pours a dark brown ruby with small off white head. The aroma is cherry skin, oak, and funk. Thin mouth, tart, oak tannin, sweet, light dryness, very nice.

Draft - Balsamic, cherry, wercschestire and spice. Deep cloudy maroon with a decent beige head. Tastes just as it smells, very spicy and interesting but good.

On tap at Brouwer's Cafe for Big Wood 2014, pours a deep dark amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out oak barrels, along with red wine, vinegar, and tart cherries. Flavour is unusual and complex, with spiciness upfront, along with tart red fruits, dry red wine, and oak. Quite unusual, but very interesting. I really dig the vinous quality. Excellent stuff.
