Medium light brown head. Opaque black body. Dry burnt chocolate aroma with notes of wild berries and metal. Very harmonic. Taste is deep, sweet chocolate and licorice, very well balanced with wild berry notes. Smooth, dryish mouthfeel. Dry, roasty coffee and chocolate aftertaste. An excellent porter! (0.5l bottle.)

(Bottle 50 cl) Pours a clear, dark brown with an orange glow and a bubby, dissipating beige head. Roasted coffee aroma. Fairly full-bodied with accents of hard roasted malt, lightly sweet chocolate, some dried fruit and lightly vinous port notes. A light bitterness from the malt. Quite delicate. 301106

Bottle Citi Bar, Parnu, Estonia 16-05-05. Dark Chocolate brown colour, small tan head, some maltiness in aroma. Malty and roasted taste with some hints of chocolate, very good one of my favourite beers whilst in Estonia.

A pitch black beer with a reddish shine and a huge brown head. The aroma is sweet with notes of coffee and dark chocolate as well as some roasted malt notes. The flavor is sweet with notes of roated malt turning more into a good coffee with a bitter coffee end, combined with very light notes of hops and a slight alcohol burn. The mouthfeel is straw

Black opaque color. Small lightly tanned head vanishing quickly. Good deal of carbonation. Aroma is sweet caramel and thin coffee. Taste is sweet prunes and some roasted malt. Finishes bitter with some hops and alcohol gives warming feeling. Certainly a winter beer! (6/4/7/3/14 3.4)

Bottled. Very black with brown head. Sweet and portlike, raisiny and roasty. Big licorice and coffee flavour. Salty stinging finish. How come even the worst brewers can make great Baltic porters?
