On tap at Moody, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out mostly smoke and peat upfront, with maybe a touch of barrels further back. Flavour tastes like smoky bacon upfront, with just a hint of barrels on the back-end. Too much like bacon for me - hard to drop the association. I'll take the non-BA version of this.

Draught at the brewery, as Oak Barrel Aged Smoked Porter
Black color with small tan head. Nice aroma of roasted malt, chocolate and a bit of barrel. Smooth mouthfeel, a bit too dry; nice dark chocolate flavor, with a mild presence of coconut, smoke and bourbon.
Nice beer, although I think that a stronger version of this would be very interesting.

Draft - Lots of vanilla and some mellow barrel notes. Touch of peppermint and booze. Jet maroon with a small light brown head. Woody, bourbon, no alcohol heat. Odd and very woody, you lose lots of the smoke which is too bad.no boozy heat which is different.
