tap at Wolf’s Den in Golden - Pours a clear, deep gold with a small off-white head. The aroma is mild with some malt and citrus. It tastes moderately bitter with cereal malt sweetness and some citrus. Medium bodied. Decent.

On tap at St Augustine's, pours a clear pale yellow with a medium white head. Aroma is light, with cereal and hay. Flavour is along the same lines, with cereal and other graininess. Pretty bland, but well-balanced enough and easy to drink. Boring pale.

Draught at Pumphouse, Richmond, BC
Blond color with small compact head. very correct pale ale, with hints of cereal, soft body, light residual sweetness, correct bitterness; malt and hops are soft. Clean beer. Should appeal to many people and to many situations.

Trade with omhper, thanks. 355ml can. Patchy surface to a golden amber body, slightly hazy. Smell of dried fruits. Apricot, peaches and a touch of toffee malts in flavour. Subdued bitter endnotes. Gives an overall sweet fruity impression. About average for the style, I guess (hotel room in Malmö, 01.08.2010).

Canned in Kimberley, BC. Cloudy golden, creamy head. Fruity gooseberry hop aroma. Fairly sweet with medium body and fairly soft mouthfeel. Slight caramel vaguely covered in slight gooseberry hops. Medium bitterness. A somewhat shy pale ale with good drinkability.
