Draught at the brewpub
Dark amber color, hazy. The aroma is moderately fruity. The mouthfeel is smooth, the flavor is basically caramel, with light residual sweetness, and a light creamy touch that may be a trace of diacetyl; good hopping, with moderate fruity and resiny components.
Nice beer overall, not too complicated, but solid.

On tap at Yaletown, pours a clear copper with a medium beige head. Aroma brings out a great balance of crisp caramely biscuity malt and resinous hops. Flavour is similarly well-balanced, with chewy resinous hops and a dry caramel biscuity malt backbone. Finished fairly hoppy - would've guessed more than 46 IBUs. Solid beer, just nothing extraordinary.

Draft - Sweet caramel and Amber malts. Clear copper with a good beige head. Sweet toffee and a big dry bitterness. Bitterness is a bit overwhelming
