Growler poured. Thanks Mr. Native! Pours a near black with a foamy tan head. Nutty, vanilla like aroma. Flavor matches. Mild roasted malt finish. Pretty good.

On tap at Whitewall, pours an amber brown with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out toasted bready malt, light earthy and toasted nuts. Flavour is along the same lines - pretty basic brown ale with a good balance of toasted nuts and bready malt. Well-brewed but not really interesting.

Draught at the brewery
Hazy brown color with compact head. Some dark caramel, quite dry, with ordinary bitterness. Despite the name, it’s a clean Brown Ale.

Draft - Toasted malts and a little nutty. Deep brown with a rich beige head. Toffee, toasted malts and some coca. Nice, but basic brown.
