This rich golden beer is a quaffable ale with a flavorful malt body highlighted with Pale and Biscuit malts. The grains are balanced with a complex yet pleasing hop schedule comprised of numerous additions of Northern Brewer and Fuggle hops throughout the boil process.

Bomber with the big brown label. Has a very fine head of antique white, carbonated gold body with hints of brown. Good hop aroma, mentions of malts, some odd fragrance on the back end that I can’t place, like air freshener or dish soap (no it ain’t the glass, I only use water to rinse out the ol’ beer glass). Flavour is a well balanced sharp graham cracker with a dry finish. Well made, not too exciting but good to have a few gallons on a saturday night while watching hockey (if you can stomach the all-Florida playoffs or whatevers).

On tap. Pours a clear golden-brown with a medium, frothy, long lasting beige head that laces. Light aroma of bready malt, nuts and a hint of chocolate. Sweet malty flavour of bread, nuts, caramel and a hint of chocolate with a dry, bitter grassy, hoppy finish. Light body with a creamy texture and soft carbonation. Ok.

650mL bottle, pours a clear amber orange with a small beige head. Aroma reveals notes of spicy notes and biscuity malt. Flavour is dry and spicy, with uber dry biscuity malt and very dry spiciness. Strange stuff. Very dry and spicy. Nothing overly interesting, but drinkable.

Hazy dark amber color with red hue, small head. The aroma is mild, some cereals, some perfume. Off dry, with cereally flavor, some caramel, a bit grassy. Very average.
