Draft - Grains, raisin and some plum. Clear copper with a nice beige head. Sweet raisin, plum and toasted malts. Sweet and malty.

Draught at St. Augustine’s, Vancouver
Dark amber color, hazy, with compact head. Light caramel aroma and moderate caramel flavor; the mouthfeel is quite round, thanks to a light residual sweetness; it has a light Parmigiano Reggiano touch that is out of place; ordinary bitterness; very light esters and fruitiness from the fermentation.
Rather boring Bock.
