This beer pours light gold with a big white head. It has a yeasty aroma that’s a little bit funky. It has a lightly sweet, fruity, spicy flavor that finishes dry. It’s refreshing yet full flavored. Quite nice.

Bottle at home, from EkoPlaza. Crisp clear pale golden pour with medium white head and some very nice active lacing. Managed to keep the yeasties on the bottom of the bottle. Bitterness and plant taste from hops, dough, yeast, watered down sweet malts. Taste is overall bitter with light sweetness in the backbone. Body is quite thin and carbo quite lively. Very sessionable for a trappist brew, but in experience not much more than a dry hopped average pilsener.

F: snow white average, stable. C: straw to gold, a very little hazy to clear. A: malty, with some grassy/floral, yeast. T: malt, caramel, decent grassy bitterness on the palate, spicy, citrusy, bread, light body, good carbo, very nice refreshing and clear tasted beer.

330ml bottle from Beers of Europe Clearance section. Pours clear gold, long-lasting thin white head. Aromas of straw, herbal hops, Belgian yeast, light wheat beer notes. Taste is more grass, straw, green hops, faint spice. Creamy texture, grassy linger. Like a Belgian ale/lager hybrid.

Bottle 0,33l. A bit cloudy, pale straw colored beer. Decent aroma, Belgian yeast, malt, fruits, apples. Slightly sweet flavor, moderately bitter, pale malt and fruitiness, light bodied.
