Summit and Nugget hops make a great combination in this American
style IPA. Super hoppy from start to finish with a huge malt backbone
made this beer an instant favorite at the Shoreline.

Hazy golden-amber color with a medium off-white head that recedes gradually. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of floral hops, citrus and malt. Medium-bodied with flavors of herbal hops, grapefruit and caramel malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a resiny hops aftertaste. Decent overall.

Bottle: Pours cloudy, orange-amber with a short beige head. Orange/tangerine scent. Creamy, sticky fruit flavour with a very strong, grassy hop bitter...malty... Pretty well done.

Draft. Lime, orange and orange peel aroma. Cloudy golden yellow with moderate head. Sweet orange-lime malt and moderately bitter orange peel/quinine flavor. Like the malt but hops a bit harsh.

Bottle. Cloudy, deep amber body. Short, off-white head. Aroma of raw grain, leafy hops, resin and pine. The flavor is lightly to moderately sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. It finishes lightly sweet and moderately bitter and lightly acidic. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Unclean mouthfeel. Mostly resin with some vinegary notes. Tasted old even though it was fresh.

tap at the brewery - Pours copper colored and has a good citrus hop aroma. It initially struck me as pretty sweet for an IPA, but not to worry as the big citrus hops flavor hits next. Medium bodied and quite tasty.
