Bottle. Blonde. Hints of apple and tangerine in the soft aroma. Tropical fruit, yeast and alcohol in the sweet flavor. Short aftertaste. Satisfying effort from a new brewer.

Nice blond beer, with some extra hops and a fresh bitter taste. Too bad they went out of business.

Bottle @ home (from Notes). Dark blond color, hazy, large white head. Aroma’s: fruity (sour fruit), (aroma)hop, malty sweet retronasal. Medium sweet flavor, caramel. Medium bodied. Flavor lasts a while and there’s a vague bitterness in the finish. Nice, but could have used some kick.

Bottle from Berts Bierhuis, Utrecht, Netherlands, 26.09.11 consumed outside Den Hoorn campsite, Texel island 27.09.11 Pours orange with a bubbly sticky white head, this really GUSHED out of the bottle I lost about a half of the contents. However the beer was decent, soft in mouth with some orange and spices, touch yeasty, hops showing which I believe from the description are centennial and Saaz, not bad at all despite the frustrating loss of half of it. Bottle from Bier Koning. Very hazy amber beer, good sized white head. Started as a slow frothy gusher, but quickly calmed down. Light crispish palate, semi dry. Creamy head and creamy malt. A little spice and carbonated bite. Trace of peach and orange and then hop bitterness. Crisp finish. Very drinkable.
