Our Hop Ottin’ IPA is brewed and dry-hopped with copious amounts of Columbus and Cascade. This beer is a showcase of the bright citrusy aromas, bold grapefruit and pine-like flavors, and resiny bitterness that hop heads crave. With a brilliant, deep amber color and solid malt backbone, hints of citron, roses, and bergamot peak with a dry, herbal finish in this well-balanced interpretation of a West Coast IPA.

0.355l can from Bier Koning shared with Inbreak @ hotel room in Leiden. A really big fluffy, super fluffy actually kinda dirty looking in a way and it's leaving super lacings. I like the peachy somewhat sweet aroma here. I get a good malty base, some caramel and a little bit of forest as well. It's actually quite mild and gentle in the taste. Not watery but somewhat light in the mouth and the carbonation is really gentle and comfortable. Really mild, well not really mid but not overpowering brutal in the taste. Have to say that it's super lightdrinkable for a 7 percent American IPA. Piney hops, a good sweetness and a little bit dry on the tongue in the aftertaste. Tasty stuff, non extreme but tasty. 28.09.2013

Can. Golden-copper color with foamy off-white head, floral hops aroma, sweetish hoppy taste, low carbonation, sweet long finish. Interesting IPA, not used to such a sweetish taste!

Cloudy, dark amber with a short, heavy vaniila head. Oats, baked bread aroma. Taste is neutral, bready, caramel/toffee... Not too sweet or bitter. Subtle berry and tea leaf...earthy. Really liked this one.

Draught @ Rattle & Hum, NYC. Pours slightly cloudy golden with stable off-white head. Clear aroma of hops with a grassy note. Intense but unpretentious hoppy flavour with a grassy note and a sweetish malty note. Mildly acetic aftertaste with a delayed sweetish note. Nice but not top class.

Can. Pours a clear amber with a tan head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has light pine hops with a bit of earthy grass, resin and sweet grains. Flavor is similar with pine and grass throughout with a bit of must and a grain backbone.
