Sweet dark and roasted malty with thick chocolate and lots of molasses, bourbon and vanilla running throughout, big warming lingering close. Lovely.

2007 bottle. silver wax, thanks to the cheeseman for hooking me up with this! i’ve been waiting years!!
Pitch black pour, this beer is like a black hole, no light will escape. Crazy thick, this is really old motor oil. Aroma is LOADED with burnt malt, soy sauce, sweet chocolate, cocoa powder, touches of coffee, and some dark brown sugar.
Flavor is sweeeeeeeeeeet, with some notes of coffee, and lots of sweet malt. this is not as bitter as i expected, its quite balanced between the sweetness, and the bitterness. What an amazing beer, a true curl up and sip beer. i love it, and i wish it would never end. This is really true to the hype!!!!! Im in love!

Sweetish, roasty and heavy with molasses, licorice and hints of soy sauce. Still quite intense

The other treat for us to try from Brewery rep Mark H. Thanks man! Loses some of the qualities that the '17 had such as coconut but is definitely smoother. Very nice.

Past brewmaster's recommended cellaring age of five years, but still very good. Notes of coconut, roast, dates, cocoa, dark malt and a bare hint of coffee. Full bodied and smooth. A bit of booze at the end.
Gift from Brewery rep Mark H for us to try. Thanks man!

Poured from 650mL bottle @ Black Xmas. Very dark brown with small beige head. Dark fruit, chocolate, great balance.
