Bottle to tulip. Apple, vinegar. Slight grass. Clear pale yellow with almost no head. Taste is moderate citrus, orange and grass. Thin mouthfeel. Pleasant, but not a lot of interesting characteristics.

Sampled at Finnriver, pours a cloudy yellow with no head. Aroma brings out dry hops and medium dry apples. Flavour brings out lots of citrus, dry apples and dry hops. Not actually that different from the fresh hopped version. Decent but a little lacking.

Bottle - Nice leafy hops with apple. Clear gold with a thin white head. Tart apple, crazy dry with a puckering finish. Pretty cool.

Bottle at winery
Light blond color. Very nice hop aroma. The base cider is weak and dry, not very good, acid.
Starts well, ends not so well.

Bottle. Pours with a crystal clear pale yellow hue with a quick to fade fizzy white head. Aromas are of chlorophenols and brett. Burnt rubber, aspartame, some what citrusy and dank hop notes. Lots of chemical off aromas. Minerally, light sulfur. Flavors are dry and chalky with medium acidity. Less off than the aroma, but still not enjoyable for an $8.99 500ml. Some bitterness, pine, sulfur, citrus. Odd cider. Full carbonation, medium-low body, dry, somewhat artificial acidity, low tannin, but balanced by a hoppy bitterness.

Sitting on chair in a shadeless driveway on hot Arizona day after drinking several big stouts it was welcome sight for a cider to make an appearance. Pours light sparkling yellow. nose of apples and hops. tastes of crisp tart apples but not overwhelmingly so, you get some grass, lemon, and hops as well. crisp but a little paper tasting on finish

Bottle from Whole Foods in Folsom. Pours perry color with a fizzy white head that didn’t last long. Aroma seems apple. Near med body. Flavor is apple with grassy/citrus hop. Not a lot, but enough to make a difference. Vive la différence! Cider should be hopped.
