Dit is een zacht, fris en soepel bovengistend bier. Geen blond (te zwaar), geen tripel (te licht) – wellicht een biersoort op zichzelf. Het bier is gehopt met de traditionele hopsoorten brewer’s gold en saaz en gebrouwen met een gedeelte tarwemout in de stort voor een zachte, frisse smaak.

Aroma of malt, fruits, floral notes, mild yeast, hops, some alcohol. Flavour is fruity, alcohol, medium sweet, with a moderate bitterness in the aftertaste. Would have been better with a less noticeable alcohol flavour. Average Belgian Blond Ale.

Bottle 0,33 ltr: Hazy yellow coloured brew with an sticky but not that sweet bitter taste. Hints of tropical fruits, strawberry, white pepper and coriander.

Bottle. Golden color. Perfumed aroma with tropical fruit. Sweet. Slightly perfumed flavor with pear and mango. Somewhat alcoholic.

Fles 33cl thuis. Volle moutige smaak, zoet, overrijp geel fruit, licht kruidig, wat weeïg, licht hoppig. (26-4-2019).

Thuis uit een flesje, gekocht in Den Bosch. Geel van kleur, helaas (toch een paar maanden staand bewaard) veel vlokken erin. Aroma is prima, smaak okay, maar geen topper voor blond bier.

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Jumbo Zaltbommel. Hazy golden with a white head. Grainy yeasty aroma with some spiciness as well (coriander?). Bittersweet taste with a bitter finish. Standard but nice Belgian blonde.
