On tap at Spinnakers, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of clove and banana in good balance, though maybe a little more skewed towards the clove. Flavour is quite dry, with subtle banana, biscuity malt and light clove. Very smooth and nicely made hef, with a wheaty finish. Good stuff.

Poured from the tap. Hazy yellow with white head. Very light hefe flavour, some banana and clove, but strong soap flavour ruins it. Light body.

Draught at the brewpub
Murky blond color with creamy head. Smooth, round, quite bready, a bit spicy, but too much yeasty, and therefore the final is slightly metallic; it should be cleaned up a bit.

Draft - Lots of wheat with some light banana. Very cloudy yellow/gold with a decent white head. Wheat flavours and a bit of bitterness with only a slight banana taste. Finish is a bit starchy.
