Not really an ESB - more like an apa, probably due to the hops, as they citric, piney, very american - the golden promise does deliver a nice earthy whiskey note, though, so it might not be traditional, but it’s fairly tasty.

On tap @ Station 26. Pours a dark golden orange appearance with a white head. Nutty, toasted bready, caramel aroma. A little on the sweet end. Some twangy fruity notes. Caramel. Herbal, earthy hops. Ok.

Draft - Grains and caramel. Clear gold with a decent beige head. Caramel and a dry resinous bitterness. Decent, but a bit too bitter.
