Bierica is like eating a mouthful of raspberries, only better, because it’s beer! We took our sour golden ale and fermented it with raspberries for an intense flavor, color and aroma.

Draft at Snallygaster 2014. Poured a clear red color with a small pink head. Aroma was raspberries, lots of raspberries. Funky tartness, sweet juicy notes. Not bad.

On tap. Pours a clear glistening red with a white head that has a pink hue and dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma is full of rich slightly tart raspberry with a bit of acid and backing notes of yogurt and funk. Flavor is similar with raspberries that mellow in tartness, light acid and a good amount of yogurt backing.

Draft - Strawberry, raspberry and some slight farmhouse. Reddish copper with a thin white head. Tart berry, pale malts and a dry finish. Nice, fruity and refreshing.
