Bottle, bb 2/25. Deep gold with a large white head. Aroma of dough, oranges, spices. Fairly dry with hay and dough, spices. Not much fruit. Moderate bitterness. OK.

En tulipa, color amarillo claro, ligeramente velada, espuma blanca de burbuja irregular, mediana retención. Aroma a levadura belga, cereal, pan, fruta de hueso y especias. En boca se siente ligera, bastante carbonatada, notas dulces, maltosas y afrutadas, moderadamente amarga y especiada, con un marcado toque de pimienta... Sinceramente he disfrutado esta cerveza bastante mas de lo que me esperaba, sus atributos son más bien modestos, y así se ve claramente reflejado en las valoraciones de esta página, pero a mi tanto visualmente, como en nariz y en boca me resulta atractiva y disfrutable, no me importaría repetir.

A draft pour at the brewery last week, I was the only one of the group to choose the blonde. I thought it to be pleasant, a step back from the heavier beers I had been sampling on this holiday in Belgium. Grain, some spiciness, apricots, a bit of caramel and meadow. No complaints from me.

Leicht eingetrübte goldene Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, hefiger, leicht hopfiger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, hefig, leicht hopfig. Mittlere Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

Glas gedronken tijdens vakantie in België Brugge. Goudgeel helder bier met matig stevig schuim dat als een film blijft liggen. Aroma is moutig en licht gist achtig. Smaak is moutig, hoppig, kruidig. Nasmaak is bitter.
