Can. Pours a clear deep brown with a slight amber hue and a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a rich smoke with some sweet dark grains and just a hint of roast underlying. Flavor has deep and slightly earthy smoke with some sweet bread and a touch of roast backing.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy brown with large frothy beie head that lasts. The aroma is strong smoke, wood, char. Thick mouth, wood, bacon, ash, lingering smoke finish, very good.

Draft - Little bacon, little wood smoke and peat. Clear dark mahogany and a rich white head. Bacon, toasted malts and some wood smoke. Clean. Woody finish, very nice.
