Location: Draft at Local Foods, 1/26/14
Aroma: The nose has some sweet malts, bread, booze, and some hops
Appearance: It pours a caramel-red color with a beige head
Flavor: The taste is malty, a little sweet, plenty of booze, and a light bitterness
Palate: The body is medium-full, kind of sticky, with a little heat as well
Overall Impression: I thought this was a decent one, but it was also kind of muddled. Not bad, but also not a favorite for me.

On tap at Hay Merchant. Pours a clear orange with a small frothy off white head. The aroma is yeast and floral hops. Medium mouthfeel with a sweet hop and citrus with light dry finish. A good American strong ale from Buffalo Bayou.
