On tap at Wanderlust, pours a hazy copper with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of esters, with slight farmhouse notes and floral notes. Flavour is too estery, with gentle rustic notes, candi sugar, and floral notes. Too estery and sweet, as are most American saisons. Doesn't have the complex yeast profile that is needed, and it's under-attenuated. Not terrible but it needs work.

On tap at Angels Trumpet Ale House. Light amber with a small head. Aroma of spices, malt and yeast. The same in the taste. A bit to spicy.

Draft - Orange, grass and a bit of spice. Cloudy orange with a thin head. Orange, wheat, creamy and a bit of yeast. Very subtle and nice.
