Nice aroma of citrus sweetness with some malt. Nice foam and vaguely foggy body. Smooth lemon and malt flavour with vague nut hints. Quite nice, drinkable by the gallon.

On tap at Jasper Brewing, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lightly grassy hops and very subtle spicy hops. Flavour is very lightly grassy and hoppy, with a dry body. Refreshing and drinkable, yet nothing special. Decent pils.

Draft - Sweet perfumy grains. Gold with a rich white head. This is not like any pilsner I have ever had. So much perfumy grains, sweet with little bitterness and not as crisp or refreshing as I would like.

Draught at the brewpub, as Sutter Hill
Blond color, nice perlage. Many German Lagers are like this non-Pilsner (not very interesting but balanced); maybe it’s just a bit more perfumy.
