It pours with a clear deep gold body that supports a near white head of foam. The aroma offers up malts and apple to pear fruity esters as well as a touch of grainy malts. The taste initially has some thin spikes of citrus hops and then it thins out into various mild esters and some malt graininess.

Bomber thanks to Mike. Drank out of the bottle around 2am. The aroma was sweet dusty rye and light fruit. Caramel and rye base flavors with low bitterness, some smooth oranges. Overall, a nice easygoing brew.

Draught. Sort of a dirty blond yellow with white head. Aroma is rusks and ’n bietjie hop. Light bodied, light flavoured. Probably demands a really hot day.

Bomber from Made in Oregon. Pours dishwater gold with a slight creamy white head. Aromas of citrus and rye. Med body, more or less. Flavor is smooth citrus, but then it shifts to something very like rye. Maybe not so spicy as expected, but very refreshing. Put it in a cask. Imperialize it. Or both. This stuff has potential.

Draft - Smells of straw and has a bready sweetness. A very pale and cloudy straw color with a light head, not what I would consider normal for a Rye beer. Taste is very sweet with malt and honey notes. A little tart but not bitter with no finish. Very refreshing, but I dont see it as a Rye beer.
