Easy drinking, tart and fruity - a typical grain mash gets an overnight kettle sour treatment with our House Blend of Lactobacillus that creates an easy drinking, subtle tartness. This version is brewed with lemon peel, vanilla and mango puree from our friends at Maeberrie in Avon, NJ.

Light tropical notes. Cloudy gold with no head. Light tart tropical notes and a clean finish. None of the adjuncts come through, maybe some pineapple in the finish.

Draft at Ale House Tavern & Tap, 11/1/19. Murky yellowish color. Aroma is lemony, as is the flavor. Slightly tropical as well, not getting mango necessarily, more so reminds me of a tart pink lemonade. More sweet than tart overall. Still, it's interesting and pretty good. 7/3/7/4/15
