Bottle. Smoked meat, bourbon, chocolate malt, and dry hay aroma. Very dark brown with small head. Mildly sweet smoked candied ham, toasted bread/chocolate malt, and mildly bitter dry oak and alcohol flavor. Great body and balance. The smokiest variant I've had so far - delicious.
