The hillbilly cat is our take on a peanut butter and banana sandwich beer. The name comes from an old nickname for Elvis. We put a touch of honey malt in, but no bacon this time!

Draft. Banana, light peanut, lemon, clove, wheat malt and straw aroma. Hazy golden yellow with small head. Lightly sweet citrus, light peanut/wheat malt, and very mildly bitter straw flavor. Very light body. Seemed more like a basic wheat ale to me.
