This is our first sour we ever made, it’s also our only one available whole year around. A combination of lactic fermentation and a rich addition of Passion fruit created a Sour Ale that hits you with a pronounced sourness and an intense Passion fruit flavour. A perfect refreshment for any season.

On tap at Clock Block Yummy! Not that sour, rather fresh passion fruit explosion. Bit sweet and very juicy. One good refreshing beer for summer.

Tap on numerous occasions. Assertively sour, but balanced with loads of passionfruit presence and moderate sweetness. Body remains rather low, carbonation med-high. Very refreshing, very easy drinking. Slightly single dimensional, but whatever.

Sampled from tap at Žil Verne'. Hazy, straw yellow with a thin, slightly fluffy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, minimally sourish, fairly fruity aroma of massive passion fruit and some mango. Minimally sweet, slightly sour, very fruity taste of mainly passion fruit, some mango and a touch of lemon, followed by a short, moderately tart, quite dry finish. Thin to medium body, slightly astringent and a bit effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very tasty, just a bit simple and monotonous, overall quite nice though.

Bottle 0.75l. Quite clear, straw colored. AROMA- fresh maracuja zest, dough, sour tones. FLAVOR- pleasantly sour, just slightly sweet, maracuja, fruit dumpling, sour fruit pie. Light to medium bodied.

Bottle at U Kun�tátů, pours a hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out loads of juicy passionfruit, with light citrus and a touch of lacto. Flavour is extremely juicy, with loads of lightly tart passionfruit, light citrus and some lacto. The passionfruit shines wonderfully here, making this highly drinkable. Lovely.

Bottle. Malty and yeasty aroma, maracuya, wine notes. Tastes the same as aroma, medium sour, light bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation and maracuya sour finish. Good.

Tap at cpf 2018. Pours hazy bright golden with white head. Aroma is massive passion fruit, sour, citrus. Flavor is sour, fruity, lacto, yoghurt, passion fruit, rhubarb. 0,1l from tap at Salon Piva, Bratislava shared with Sander. amber very hazy color, small white head. smells of passion fruit, mango, lychee, light earth. very nice smell. medium body, light carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of passion fruit, kiwi, mango, lychee, bit citric, earthy. finishes medium dry and lightly sour with notes of passion fruit, kiwi and some lychee. very nice one, not overly complex but very nice fruit notes, very good to drink. 8, 4, 8, 3, 16
