This is our first sour we ever made, it’s also our only one available whole year around. A combination of lactic fermentation and a rich addition of Passion fruit created a Sour Ale that hits you with a pronounced sourness and an intense Passion fruit flavour. A perfect refreshment for any season.

Draught @ Beergeek Bar, Prague. Pours golden with a small offwhite head. Aroma of light sourness, malt, tart fruit, passionfruit. Flavor is light sour, tart fruity, malt, tart fruit, passionfruit. Medium body, soft to average carbonation, light acidic finish. 290318
