12 ounce bottle into dimpled mug, bottled on 3/19/2015. Pours lightly hazy golden yellow color with a 1 finger dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a light amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of light lemon, cracker, bread, herbal, grass, light pepper, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance of pale malt and earthy hop notes; with solid strength. Taste of light lemon, cracker, bread, herbal, grass, light pepper, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate earthy/spicy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of cracker, bread, herbal, grass, light pepper, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Damn nice balance and robustness of pale malt and earthy hop flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Light-moderate dryness after the finish. Incredibly clean on lager flavors with zero estery yeast notes present. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, crisp, and slightly sticky mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with zero warming present after the finish as expected of 5%. Overall this is a damn nice kellerbier style. All around great robustness and balance of pale malt and earthy hop flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A very enjoyable offering.

Very nice pour frommah bottle; lots of sediment on the bottom of this bottle. Rocky head tho not creamy. Ever so slight light aroma of old cigarette. Good co2 from the start but it fades after a while. First taste does shed some light on this style, which I forgot since the last. Somewhat odd in flavor, but I must say it is on style fer sure. A simple easier keller which I could live with.

12 ounce bottle from Whole Foods Market Dublin/Columbus. Pours a slightly hazy yellow-gold with a medium sized creamy tan head. Decent head retention. Aroma of grain, corn, grass and a stale not quite musty note. The taste is sweet grain and corn with a midly hoppy finish and a bit of spiciness. Thin-medium bodied.

Travis brought this one to the Memorial Day Party. Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a dark golden color with a large yellow-white head that lingered and left good lacing. The aroma was tangy and citric with notes of cardboard and bread. The flavor was sour and tangy with pronounced butter and notes of lemon, chalk and cardboard. The finish was long and tangy with lingering butter, bread and citrus. Medium body. Disappointing.

Bottle pours a hazy dingy pale yellow Spicy sweet lemony aroma. Slightly skunky lemony light grain flavor. Very high carbonation and a soft wheaty after taste with a surprisingly bitter trailer.

On draught at Bodega. This brew pours a lightly hazy yellow-orange color with a medium thin and creamy light beige head that diminishes slowly. Thin sheet of lacing on the glass. The aroma consists of sweet malt and spiced hops. Light body with flavors of grassy hops and bready malt, along with underlying spices. The finish is fruity and hoppy with a mildly bitter aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.
