Can: Dark amber with an off-white head. Caramel and wood aroma. Taste is sweet caramel malt, sugar, a noticeable alcohol warmth. Quite smooth, given the octane. A touch of leafy/earthy bitter. A nice little sipper.

Can. Brown sugar, caramel malt, and hay aroma. Amber with moderate white head. Moderately sweet caramel malt, and moderately bitter alcohol and hay flavor. Good body. Pretty drinkable for a 13.7% beer.
