Pours hazy amber with thick head. Aroma of light citrus. Taste has wheat, coriander and tropical notes. Palate has grapefruit notes. Good.

12 ounce bottle from a Pick N Save, 3/5/19. Hazy orange, thin fizzy head, Aroma of grapefruit and orange juice, pale malt. Taste is juicy orange and wheat. Thin. It is what it is, and it's drinkable, but coming across more as orange than grapefruit.

Bottle. Strong grapefruit juice, light malt, and straw aroma. Golden yellow with moderate, short-lasting head. Moderately sweet grapefruit juice, very light malt, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Very light body - like spilling a light beer into your grapefruit juice - at least nothing unpleasant.

Barely cold bottle. Pours clear pale. Slight grapefruit aroma. Sweeter grapefruit taste, not much beer flavor in here, if any. Almost like a sweeter grapefruit soda. Alky comes thru a little in the end. Probably not attractive to a real beer lover.

Bottle from brother in laws fridge. Dull, flat pour, zero head. Juicy aroma of grapefruits, taste too. Grapefruits dominate the whole thing, not much evidence of a beer in there, minor malty taste near the back. Would be good as a lawnmower beer. Towards the end, lots of soapy flavors become more prevalent. Gets worse as it warms.

Bottle from Total Wine in Sacramento, CA. Pours gold with a white head. Sort of an artificial grapefruit aroma. Flavor is grapefruit, but it’s not very pleasant. I’m thinking fresh grapefruit was never introduced to this beer.

Bottle: Slightly greenish, hazy, yellow-gold with a foamy white head. DISCLAIMER: This is more rant than rate. Smells like hand soap.....really. Taste is also rather soapy/waxy. Undefined watery citrus aspects, soggy grain. This is ASTOUNDINGLY awful.....I honestly feel like filing a lawsuit against AB-InBev.....I want my $1.69 back, a public apology, a paid medical remedy and treatment in case I develop some foamy, soapy flatulence by having a few sips of this.....Gussie Busch would have had anyone responsible for this whacked, quartered, kibbled and mixed in the Clydesdale’s feed bags....and the bottles used to distribute this abomination ground up, melted , blown and formed into a giant glass dick that the family could have blown away with their amazing arsenal of firearms....The Busch family were pretty messed up, but even THEY don’t deserve this being part of the name.

Bottle. A- Grapefruit juice, subtle cleaner. A- Orange gold color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Grapefruit, artificial juice, cleaner. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, slightly sweet finish. O- Shock Top seems to be getting cheaper and crappier. I used to call most Shock Top beers a guilty pleasure, but anymore they’re just bad. Fake tasting and not good. Can barely make it through an entire bottle of their newer offerings.
