This style of mead, a cyser, combines the juice of heirloom apples with wildflower honey produced in our region. Aged on French and American oak, this dry mead has rich apple and honey overtones with a Chardonnay like buttery finish. Enjoy with a meal or by itself.

Honey, walnut nose. Clear amber. Apple, honey, plastic. Medium body, easy carbonation, warm.

Golden pour. Smell is a honey and apple with oak. Taste is honey with apple oak finish. Honey palate.

Bottle. Apple and herbal honey aroma. Golden yellow. Mildly sweet apple, honey, and moderately bitter dry hay flavor. Good body. Nice - pretty dry.

Bottle: Clear gold, no head. Aroma of old apples, peels, alcohol. Taste is woody.....apples, honey..... Some alcohol sting, harshness and bittering.....but fairly mild and neutral, overall. Pretty nice.
