Draft. Jalapeno, biscuit malt, and straw aroma. Golden yellow with moderate head. Moderately sweet jalapeno, biscuit malt, and mildly bitter straw flavor. Light spicy finish - good balance. Delivers on the jalapeno.

A little bit more taste than the regular kolsch, what with the "Japalenos," but mostly just vegetable rather than actual spice like when Doritos says they are going spicy. Pours golden with ok head and lacing. Tap at brewpub.
