Pours slightly hazy pale golden/straw color with a 1 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings down the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of big lightly tart lemon, lime peel, sea salt, cracker, bread dough, herbal, light pepper, and floral/grassy earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance of lime, pale malt, and light earthy hop notes; with good strength. Taste of big lightly tart lemon, lime peel, sea salt, cracker, bread dough, herbal, light pepper, and floral/grassy earthiness. Light herbal/grassy/spicy bitterness and slight citrus tartness on the finish. Lingering notes of lemon, lime peel, sea salt, cracker, bread dough, herbal, light pepper, and floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great robustness and balance of lime, pale malt, and light earthy hop flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Perfectly clean on lager flavors, with zero yeast notes present. Light-moderate dryness, increasing through the glass. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately crisp, bready/grainy, and slightly sticky balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5.3%. Overall this is a great fruited pale lager! All around great robustness and balance of lime, pale malt, and light earthy hop flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink. Very flavorful and never watery feeling for the ABV; with perfect balance of lime/lager character. A very enjoyable offering.
