Can. Pours a pale golden color with a light haze, small ring of white head is rather short lived. Strong lime in the aroma, nothing else slips past the lime. Thankfully the lime subsides a bit in the taste, but it is still very much the center of the beer. Just a slight hint of maltiness. Crisp finish, refreshing.

12 oz can, thanks brenn79. Aroma is like a Corona and lime, vomit included. Pours hazy golden with a collapsing white head. Taste is dry and tart with lots of lime flavor. Nothing like a real pilsner. If they would have brewed a nice hoppy pilsner with some lime character, I’d be down with that. But this is edging into Bud Light Lime territory. Kind of disgraceful, really.

On Tap hazy pale golden with a coarse brief white head. Light pale malts, big lime flavors and a little tartness. Great summer beer...if it were summer.

12 ounce can. Pours a clear yellow color with a medium white head. A huge sweet lime nose. The flavor is more big lime, toast, lemon. Decent. Tons of lime.

12oz can thanks to Matt. Pours out a golden topped with a white head. Nose is lime candy sweetness some malts and a little grassy notes. Taste is more of the lime sweetness and a refreshing end.

2.5 month old can > shaker pint. A: Pale slightly hazy straw yellow pour with small, fast falling head and few bubbles. Looks flat. S: Strong lemon/lime scent with only faint sweet hints of bread. Like a flat soda. T: Tastes more like beer with a little actual hop bitterness. Bread notes also more prominent than in the nose. Still, the lemon/lime overpowers, again giving the beer a soda-like character. I had hoped the 5.3%ABV would help balance the flavors but no. The taste is not bad but it is confusing. M: Below average carbonation which is odd for a beer with so much in common with soda. Sweet/tart,clean and refreshing finish. O: Interesting beer and probably great for summer grilling and such but the fruit here is overdone to the point that it overshadows the beer. Too much like drinking soda. Still, this beats the pants off New Belgium’s lime beer.

12 oz can, poured to a Pilsner glass. Labeled simply as Uinta Lime Pilsner. First things first, they did not rip us off on the lime portion. Ripped this can open, and the whole room smelled like limes. Not only that, I’m pretty sure it just got about 10 degrees hotter outside. Cool can, by the way. Tells a story. Hazy pale golden pour with a short lived fizz head. Lime dominated aroma from a distance. Flavor is very lime juicy, and extremely refreshing. Light, and probably the easiest thing to drink in the world. Limier than any beer I’ve ever put limes into. Refreshing. Tasty. This beer does exactly what it needs to do.
