For our award-winning Honey Hefeweizen, we use generous amounts of locally harvested honey from Smoot Honey Company to capture the flavors of sweet clover and Montana wildflowers.Brewed with wheat and local two pale 2-row malt, Saphir hops, orange peel, and ferment with German yeast. Then dry hop with rose hips for a beer that is light and sweet with pleasant tart finish.

Draft at Push & Pour. Dark, cloudy golden, thin skin of head. Bready, grainy aroma, notes of honey. Taste is sweet, more bready malts, honey. Light banana flavors, but thin for a weizen.

Banana, orange, clove, wheat malt, straw and plastic aroma - plastic gets more apparent as it warms. Slightly hazy golden yellow with small head. Moderately sweet banana, orange, wheat malt, and mildly bitter straw flavor with a strong plastic aftertaste. Would have been a really good weizen without the chlorophenols.
