This exciting collaboration with the freshly opened Roast coffee shop is our first deviation from our classic porter recipe. Five pounds of coffee were added after fermentation was completed and the result is a wonderful cold brew coffee porter.

Growler: Dark brown with a chunky tan head. Aroma of chocolate, cola, coffee. Taste is lightly sweet...cola, coffee, chocolate malt. A hint of licorice. Bitter...and a slight menthol note. Pretty tasty.

Coffee, chocolate malt, and hay aroma. Dark brown with large light brown head. Mildly sweet coffee, chocolate malt, and mildly bitter hay and coffee ground flavor. Body a bit light.
