Wild. The smell doesn't align with the taste at all. Smells like over fermented apples. Tastes like an apple cider, cinnimon, dry, and its a bit carbonated. Dryness likely comes from the red wine mix. Very interesting mead

Refrigerated 75 cL bottle corked and waxed. Clear red. Aroma is red wine, medium body, and syrupy texture. Taste is red wine and honey.

Red wine, honey, and dry grass aroma. Brown with purple tint. Moderately sweet honey and grape, and mild dry hay and red wine flavor. Nice body and balance. A great mix of red wine and mead.
