22oz bottle pours out black topped with a tan head. Nose is roast malts chocolate bourbon barrel notes coffee and some ash. Taste is more of the nice sweet chocolate bourbon barrel coffee and a little ash.

From Weihenweizen and shared at bottleshare: pours black with a a small beige head. Aroma is loads of coffee grounds, light chocolate. Taste is bourbon, vanilla, coffee, bittersweet. Nice aftertaste. The coffee could be better.

Bottle, at bottle share, thanks to mansquito. Pours black with a tan head. Coffee, toast, vanilla, bourbon, bit of plummy dark fruit. Medium body. Pretty tasty.

(Courtesy of Weihenweizen - keeping me on top WV rater list). Black coffee, milk chocolate malt, and hay aroma. Oil black with minimal brown head. Moderately sweet coffee, milk chocolate malt, and mildly bitter earthy gentian/ginseng and hay flavor. Good body.

Refrigerated brown bomber poured into a snifter. Black with medium light brown head. Aroma is chocolate, medium body, medium/well carbonated, and thick smal-bubble lacing. Taste is chocolate, coffee, and some bourbon.
