Bottled feb19. Gorgeous deep red, crystal clear, plenty of slightly pinkish head, sparkling. Smells bit sour, loads of sweet cherry. Sparkly body, light but lingering. Insane amount of cherry, fruity, sweet, pits. Light sourness, plenty wood, dry. Great!

Bourbon, cherry, caramel malt, vinegar, and hay aroma. Reddish amber with small head. Moderately sweet cherry, bourbon, caramel malt, moderately sour vinegar and citric acid, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Good body. Nice.
