Bottle from Cotteridge Wines, Birmingham. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are nice sour malt, salt, little apples, fruits, malt and has a nice sour finish.

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines, Birmingham. Clear yellow with a small white head. Aroma is sweet, wheaty, apples and light citrus. Flavor is medium sweet and light acidic. Dry and light acidic finish with a little salt. 100220

Lemon, apple, sour milk, salt, malt, and straw aroma. Slightly hazy pale yellow with minimal white head. Mildly sweet apple, lemon, wheat malt, mildly salty, and mildly bitter dry straw flavor. Good balance - body light. A very nice combination
