This style of mead, a cyser, combines the juice of heirloom apples with wildflower honey produced in our region. Aged in bourbon barrels for one year, this dry mead has notes of bitter almond, dark cherry, and tobacco. Enjoy with a meal or by itself.

Honey and caramel nose, almond and apple underneath. Clear golden. Apple, caramel, almond. Medium body. soft carbonation, warm.

Smell of honey and bourbon. Pour is clear gold. Taste is cherry, vanilla, honey with palate of bourbon

750 ml glass bottle poured into a white wine glass. Clear golden, medium body, and no carbonation. Tastes like dry white wine, some bourbon, and hints of oak. Hoped for more apples or even more honey, not much flavor here.

Bottle. Honey, bourbon, apple, and hay aroma. Golden yellow color. Dry apple, honey, bourbon, and moderately bitter hay flavor. Body a bit light. Nice.
