On tap at Carson's, pours a clear copper brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out earthy coffee notes and toasted nuts, with light caramel sweetness. Flavour is quite dry, with earthy dry coffee upfront, and dry bready malt underneath. Nice infusion of coffee, but this is rather dull and flat. Okay.

Growler: Clear, deep brown/copper with a small tan head. Earthy coffee, chocolate aroma. Taste is sweet, roasty coffee, chocolate malt.....the chocolate keeps getting stronger and sweeter as it goes..... A bit of earthy/leafy bitter. Very tasty.

Draft. Coffee, chocolate toffee malt, and hay aroma. Dark amber with moderate head. Very sweet mocha malt, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Okay body. Pretty sweet.
